    Hi,

How does Complexity Theory matter to society and individuals?

Well, it is particularly relevant because both society and individuals are complex systems that more traditional approaches to science have not made much progress in modeling and understanding. Our understanding of individual psychology and social groups is still unsystematic and complexity theory could present a more coherent framework for modeling them. Take a look at our video series on social complexity for more on this: http://bit.ly/2zSzcNc

    Thanks, Joss!

I agree. I view it as a sober and practical understanding of humanity and its processes. Ultimately, I hope that Complexity Theory can help humanity get a grip on itself and act more wisely.

    Yes, let’s hope for that.
